Pros BH Fitness is known for their reliable and well-made fitness equipment, so this model boasts a very sturdy design and lifetime warranty on the frame to back it up. Users also have a lot of options with this model, with 24 resistance levels to choose from and 26 built-in workout programs adding to the variety. The Bluetooth enabled console, powered by iConcept Technology also allows users to connect their Apple or Android devices for access to even more apps, movies, music playlists, etc.
Cons This model is pretty affordable, but you pay for that affordability with a lack of any adjustable features, like an adjustable stride or adjustable pedals (as many other elliptical trainers may offer). The flywheel weight is also incredibly low at just 13 pounds, which means the trainer can withstand less weight (max weight caps out at 300 pounds) and will not be as smooth and quiet as trainers with heavier flywheels.
Summary As a basic elliptical trainer, this model isn't too bad, but the lighter flywheel weight can be a big problem as the weight of the flywheel determines the entire feel of the elliptical trainer when in operation. And the low weight capacity can be a problem. However; the Bluetooth enabled console really adds a nice touch as you can easily connect your favorite device to access your own apps, or download the BH Fitness app for advanced tracking while you workout. This model also offers uses lots of workout programming options and levels of resistance to make changing up workouts easy and fun.

The Bottom Line

The bottom line is that you won’t find too many flashy features on this basic front-drive elliptical trainer by BH Fitness, but you will find a well-made machine that is from a brand known for their long-lasting elliptical trainers and innovative iConcept designed consoles. The price isn’t too bad so it’s also relatively affordable, but there aren’t any adjustable features, making it difficult for multiple people to comfortably enjoy the same machine.
