QUICK REVIEW

Pros Although lacking in adjustable or customizable features, this trainer is built with the user in mind with handlebars, cup holder and console all within an arm’s reach. The console is fairly basic but does include 18 workout programs, which include five HeartSync™ heart rate controlled programs.
Cons For the price, this trainer lacks many of the advanced technology features and customizable options of other trainers around this same price point. The trainer is well-built but lacks more advanced features. In addition, the stride length is much shorter than other similar models at only 18 inches, as compared with 20 to 24 inches on other trainers.
Summary This trainer guarantees a smooth, natural feel and workout experience easy on the joints, like all other Life Fitness elliptical trainers, but for the price this trainer lacks the bells and whistles and customizable options of other machines at the same or lower price point. With a narrower stride and shorter stride, this trainer may not be a good fit for everyone but the trainer is well-built and durable.

The Bottom Line

The Life Fitness Club Series Elliptical Cross Trainer is an impressive trainer when it comes to durability and feel, but for this price you could get a similar trailer with a more advanced console and additional features. This is the trainer for you if you are looking for a trainer you know will last but if you are more interested in entertainment options and a solid elliptical, consider other Life Fitness models around similar price points, or even lower.
