Overall Rating

Pros The console comes with advanced features. The power adjustable stride offers both makes it easy to target multiple muscle groups and the cushioned pedals are larger than many other trainers making it easier to maintain your pace on even the highest of inclines.
Cons While the console comes with advanced features and iFit compatibility, the wireless module and subscription to iFit are sold separately. There are also fewer overall options, such as resistance levels and work out programs, than other models offered at this price point.
Summary This trainer has advanced smart technology offerings and fully customizable options making this trainer very versatile. The 14.0 CE lacks in the amount of work out programs and digital resistance levels to choose from, but the programs available are great for training and setting personal goals.
